The first units of the very promising Blackmagic URSA Mini 4K have just shipped to customers.
I just had an email from Hugo who has posted the pictures of the cameras you see here hot off the press. Looking good!
The URSA Mini 4K is the long awaited shrink of the URSA, but even more enticingly it has a long awaited new sensor.
This promises 14+ stop dynamic range and global shutter. It looks like a good leap over the first 4K global shutter sensor Blackmagic used in the original URSA and Blackmagic Production Camera.
